Spring is here! It’s time to stop hibernating and enjoy outdoor adventures in this beautiful weather. At Renaissance at Bella Vista, we’re so excited spring has finally sprung that we were inspired to create a list of outdoor activities that everyone can enjoy around the area. Whether you enjoy a nice relaxing walk or a challenging adventure that pushes you to your limit, you’ll find an experience that fits your lifestyle. All activities below are either a short distance from Renaissance at Bella Vista or located right in the community area, which makes this community the perfect fit for the outdoor enthusiast.

  • Millerton Lake: For you thrill seekers out there who love water sports and scenery, there is a lake waiting for you right in your backyard! Millerton Lake is just a four-minute drive from the Renaissance at Bella Vista neighborhood and with more than 40 miles of shoreline, the fun never ends. Boat rides, water sports and more await; and if you’re more of the sunbathing type, the lake offers camping and BBQ grounds to enjoy the water scenes.   • Woodward Park: Take a stroll with your four-legged friend while relishing the incredible weather and the views at the park. Woodward is a family-friendly spot that offers seven shelters and a beautiful Japanese garden with general admission and private tours.

  • San Joaquin River Trail: Ready to push your limits? How about a challenging hike at one of the popular hiking trails just west of Renaissance at Bella Vista? The San Joaquin River Trail offers a great workout and has one of the best views you can enjoy this time of the year. The trail is approximately 17 miles long, but feel free to turn back when you’ve hit your limit. Check out AllTrails.com for tips and best times to visit the trail.
